Candy Kailis Consultancy is an exclusive human resource consultancy service focuses upon applicant care and growth.

My Name is Candy Kailis and I am a specialist in Human Resources and recruitment, also the founder of CKC.

I believe that to understand all that CKC represents and what we can offer you, you first need to know a little bit more about myself.

I have worked in recruitment for 20 years, beginning some years ago at a Business College assisting graduates to find employment upon the completion of their courses. From these simple beginnings, I moved on to hone my skills working with an International recruitment agency and grew to understand much of the large recruitment agencies ethos’s.

As I continued to grow my skills and knowledge I became the Human Resources Manager for a large national retail chain. There I found being responsible for the recruitment and management of over 700 staff both a rewarding and exciting experience. Over the next few years again I moved forward and focused my energies into becoming a professional specialist recruiter and human resource specialist within the horticultural industry.

From my experience in both HR and recruitment, I clearly believe that a personlised service is of the utmost importance. Being a small exclusive service, I believe that CKC can offer you the benefits of relaxed atmosphere and personalised service incomparable to that you may have experienced previously.
